Via Fratelli’s wood fired pizza is baked at temperatures close to 400 degrees Celsius next to a redgum fire in an Italian clay oven. The pizza dough is specially made for our oven and results in a beautiful soft, elastic, tender and fragrant base.
Via Fratelli was established in 2011 by two proprietors, Michael and Jonathon Lomonaco, Two Italian Brother’s.
